You've got to balance yourself right in order to do this.
1. Start with your right leg slightly in front of your left leg in a crouching position.
2. Bring your left elbow onto the right side of your right thigh.
3. Bring your right elbow into your right hip bone.
4. Now put both hands onto the floor to your right.
5. Turn your head to the front or towards the audience.
5. Now kick off the legs and drop forwards so your head is onto the floor while body and the legs are in the air at an upwards angle. Your hands support you in the positions described in the previous steps.
