1. Step the left leg back. Place your left hand down on the floor halfway between the legs.
2. Swing the left leg around anticlockwise keeping the leg low and leading with the left shoulder. The left leg is fully extended crossing over the right leg.
3. Circle your right leg around clockwise and bring the right hand down to the floor.
4. The right hand coming down coincides with the second burst of momentum. Use your hip rotation to lift you on top of your right shoulder while driving yor left leg towards your left ear at the same time as youdrive the right leg wide and low to the ground until the left leg is to the ground.
5. When you're ready instead of putting your leg down at the end put your hand down and repeat, this way the legs stay in the air the whole move.
