You've already all seen it, now learn how to do it!
Please be aware that you must take full responsibility and take the necessary safety precautions. This is just a guide but you should learn with a professional to do the move properly where possible.
A helmet or special headspin beanie when learning is beneficial. And stretch out your neck before you begin! Here goes...
1. Make sure you have mastered standing on your head and are able to move your legs in various directions comfortably as you do.
2. With legs outstretched in a V shape swing the hips and legs clockwise then anticlockwise (not all the way just a little) a few times to get used to it.
3. Rotate in a circle in small taps (i.e. fingertips touching the floor between each movement).
4. Gradually increase the size of the taps so perhaps one tap every tenth of a rotation, then every eighth of a rotation, then every sixth of a rotation, every quarter, every half into full rotations building up this way.
5. Make sure you can do clean taps while practising this.
6. Now from doing clean spins with your fingertips you can try glides and after tapping a few times proceed to multiple spins without your hands.
