Any movements done while still standing in breaking are called toprock.
The version below starts with the Indian Step.
1. Starting with feet together, step your left leg across to the right at a 45 degree angle. Keep the back (right) foot on the toes. Your arms swing out while doing the movement.
2. Bring the left leg back in so the feet are together again while swinging the arms in.
3. Step your right foot across to the left at a 45 degree angle. Keep the back (left) foot on the toes. Swing your arms out as you do this.
4. Bring the right foot back in so the feet are together once more while swinging the arms in.
5. Kick the right leg forward onto the heel.
6. Bring the left leg over the right leg and step to the right while twisting the hips towards the front (both feet are grounded on the floor).
7. Kick the left leg forward onto the heel.
8. Bring the right leg over the left leg stepping to the left as you twist your hips forward (both feet are on the floor).
