This hip hop move's a bit like the booty shake but for the upper torso instead.
Both require shaking and being ok with losing control somewhat!
1. Shimmy the shoulders 3 times. You do this by bringing the right shoulder up and then as the right shoulder goes down the left shoulder comes up. Then as the left shoulder comes down the right shoulder comes up again.
2. On the final shimmy above as the right shoulder finishes coming up it locks into position leaning slightly to the right. At the same time the hips shift over to the left.
3. Now you are going to do the same thing in reverse. So as the right shoulder comes down, the left shoulder comes up. As the left shoulder comes down the right shoulder comes up, and then again as the right shoulder comes down the left shoulder will finish up.
4. On the final shimmy as the left shoulder finishes up you lean slightly to the left. At the same time the hips lock into position by shifting to the right.
Repeat as many times as you wish.
You do not have to shimmy the shoulders 3 times you can shimmy them as many times as you want before locking the shoulder and hips into position on either side.
The hips shift in the opposite direction to the side the upper torso and shoulder lean on in the final shimmy each side.
So if your shoulder ends up to the right, the hips will be to the left and vice versa.
