Shamrock

Now this move can help you move around or check out the people on the other side of the room.

It relies on fast feet, so be light on the feet!

How To Do It

1. Step with your left foot to your left side with the knee turned inward. Roll your left shoulder up at the same time.

2. Step to your right with the right foot while rolling the left shoulder down.

3. Now the left foot steps to join the right foot so the feet are now together facing east, while the left shoulder will finish rolling all the way down.

4. Now reverse the move by stepping with your right foot to the right with the knee turned inwards. The right shoulder rolls up at the same time.

5. Step to your left with your left foot while rolling the right shoulder down.

6. The right foot steps to join the left foot and feet end up together facing west as shoulder finishes rolling down.

The accent is on the first step out on each side (i.e. steps 1 and 4). The rolling of the shoulder helps accent the move.

When you are more confident you can try making the steps bigger and more spaced apart.
