Knee Drops

It is best to do knee drops with some sort of protection like knee pads.

That is unless you're doing them on a bouncy castle in which case the castle is your protection and I am your king.

How To Do It

1. Being both you knees inwards while falling onto your knees in this position. You can use your feet to try and delay the fall.

2. That's it! If you want to come back up bring your knees outwards and jump onto your feet in a squatting kind of position.

You can try this from various positions, like squatting or standing. The bigger the fall, the greater the need for knee pads. In other words the bigger the fall, the more your knees may cry.

Where possible try not to fall directly onto the knees but try and get your feet to reach the floor before the knees. This reduces the impact kind of like a seatbelt does.
