The Which-a-way

This is a big movement that focusses on the legs.

It is often also used as a travelling move from side to side or forward.

How To Do It

1. Kick the right leg towards the right side and down (in line with your body).

2. Now bring the right leg up so the knee is up and high.

3. Let the right leg come down towards the floor and as soon as it touches the floor bring the left leg out towards the left side and down (in line with your body).

4. Bring the left leg up so the knee is high and up.

5. Left leg comes down and as soon as it hits the ground, the right leg comes out towards the right side and down in line with your body (same as 1).

6. Repeat as many times as you like going through the steps above.

The first step is a kick to start the move, but in consequent repeats you may not need to kick instead you can rely on the momentum of the move to get the leg there.
