Twist O Flex

This is a nice move that will teach you to isolate different parts of your body.

Below is one version of the move.

How To Do It

1. Bring both arms up either side of the head.

2. Step back with your left foot then right foot (so feet are now together) while bringing both arms down onto your hips.

3. Now keep the arms in the same shape as they were on the hips, but transfer the hands over to the right side of the body.

4. Lift the left heel off the floor (so only the toes are touching the floor).

5. Keeping the left toes in contact with the floor twist the feet to the right. The upper torso and arms stay in the same shape but transfer back towards the front.

6. The head turns to the right.

7. The arms keeping the same shape with the upper body turn to the right.

8. Left foot steps forward to join the right foot.
