Waving is one of those moves that everyone tries to do but does badly.
Below you'll learn how to do a wave across both arms.
Start with both arms extended out to the sides with the wrists flexed up.
1. Slowly bring the tips of the fingers of your right hand down all the way until the right hand is flexed down.
2. Raise the right elbow and flatten the right palm towards the floor.
3. Raise the right shoulder.
4. Lift the right side of the chest then the left side.
5. Lift the left shoulder (the right shoulder has relaxed back down by this point).
6. Raise the left elbow while flattening the left palm towards the floor.
7. Flex the left hand down.
8. Unravel the left hand upwards so it finishes flexed up.
Aim to isolate each of these steps in order to make the wave look smoother.
